[CCC News] Possible problem with TeamViewer

Hi all :)

Just a quick note that there have been some reports online that TeamViewer
might have been compromised and used to break into people's computers
recently.

At this stage I don't know if it's an ongoing issue.

Since most of you only run TeamViewer when you need it, you don't need to
worry.

However, some people have it running all the time which might put them at
risk. (It will appear in that bunch of icons near the clock, although you
might have to click the little arrow to the left of those icons to find
it.) If you know it's running on your computer it might be a good idea to
quit TeamViewer until the situation is clear.

There are some alternative products available which I will review in the
next few days.
